Mark works for Novo; a band of creative missionaries sent to multiply movements of the gospel and mobilize the church for mission around the world. He functions as the Director, Empowering Leaders Division, Novo, overseeing oversea Novo staff ministering around the globe and in the US.

Melinda is training orphanage directors, orphanage workers, foster and adoptive parents, social workers and therapists in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention), a trauma informed therapy to help more effectively work with and bring about healing in orphaned or adopted kids. I am also consulting with orphanages and residential programs regarding best practices in orphan care. I am conducting this work in Central America, South America, Russia (4 cities), and with various ministries and families in the U.S.
